I am sorry to hear you are having these types of comments levied against you. I cannot speak for everyone, but I love your writing and the world you have created with such vibrant characters.  While you might not claim to be much of an artist, I adore your style and think you should be proud! This game has so much promise and I cannot wait to see where you go from here! 
And as far as the backgrounds, the only comment I have is that they capture the world you have made wonderfully! My only critique is I miss this little guy, living his best life sunbathing! lol

We still haven't found a way in our internet community to deal with the issues of large groups finding a 'special friend' to target and torment long-term as a group.

I have yet to play but from what I've heard a lot of my friends love your game and I for one and looking forward to the Android version. 

Don't let others diminish the amount of work that goes into LOS . From one writer to another, at the end of the day what really matters is that you like the work that's gone into LOS.  I'm sure there are people who love Layers of Stardust around the world. 

True fans will help you learn how you can improve your work and make Layers of Stardust even better. They will work with you instead of against you, there will always be haters and trolls that will not change unfortunately.  

Keep doing what you love, the people who appreciate what you do will support you.

This is one of my favorite VNs so far, and the writing is great, and the characters look great (high cuteness levels from Magnus and Lellan).

Sadly there are people out there who like being negative and attempting to put others down to make themselves feel better, I just wish they would put that energy into something positive rather than attacking people for making a great VN.

I love your VN, both the original version and the current giving the character a fuller introduction before the route choice.

The choice to use AI is valid as long as it's not copying other's work, and the system you are using seems to be good.

There are trolls everywhere in any online community, furrydom is no exception. I advise to just ignore them and try not to reply to unwarranted attacks as that just fans their flames.

You are complaining about the furry multiverse becoming a breeding ground for malicious gossip and unfounded rumors about yourself, but all I see both in your discord group and here is overwhelming support. Maybe your own ego has became so big it can't get enough love and support at this point? I'm sure this one article you posted on reddit a while ago about stepping outside of your ego should help with your issues.
